Blanca has loved hosting and cooking for her friends & family ever since she can remember. Her passion for food drove her to start experimenting with different plates and creating her own themed parties on various occassions. The joy and excitement she brought to the table with her cooking inspired her to start her own private catering service to bring that same experience she was able to create with her family and friends to others.
A Matter of Taste focuses on creating gourmet small plates, bites, and hors d'oeuvres made with the highest quality ingredients for small and private special events. Blanca believes in order to host a great party, you need great food & great people. Her love for cooking comes first and will make sure to create the perfect menu for you and your guests so you can sit back and enjoy your own event!
